I recently visited Fasta Pasta Salisbury and unfortunately, my dining experience left much to be desired. I ordered the lasagna chips and salads, as well as the grilled chicken BLT with mushroom gravy. Regrettably, both dishes fell short of my expectations.
The lasagna chips lacked the flavors and texture I associate with this classic dish. They were bland and lacked the cheesy goodness I was hoping for. The salads accompanying the chips were also unremarkable, with wilted greens and a lack of freshness.
The grilled chicken BLT was another disappointment. The chicken was dry and overcooked, resulting in a tough texture. The mushroom gravy, in particular, was of low quality. It had an artificial taste and lacked depth and richness. It certainly did not complement the dish as I had hoped.
I must admit, I was looking forward to a satisfying meal at Fasta Pasta Salisbury, but unfortunately, the food fell short of my expectations. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback constructively and works on improving the quality of their dishes.
On a positive note, the service was decent, and the staff members were attentive and polite. However, in light of the underwhelming food, it's difficult for me to recommend this establishment to others seeking a flavorful...
Β Β Β Read moreI took Mum and I here on a Sunday night as Mum wanted to go as seen on television and said looked amazing. We personally have never ever been to a more stranger environment. ALL the staff, including the chef was like zombies. Absolutely zero personality and didn't have the ability to smile. It was so weird and uncomfortable. It's like they were all mirroring each other. How bloody boring. My God, I understand the female staff are young and still finding their way in life, but boy oh boy, you work in customer service, lift your game. The main chef was a miserable looking man too. So so strange. I hope to God, higher management read this and retrain their staff! Or sack them all and rehire bright friendly. I asked for an extra serviette, geez, the look I got was like I was not entitled to it! Surely I am as a paying customer! Morbid..all of them. No customer service skills at all. Oh a few smiled at patrons but I think they were regulars. We got a thank you and a cheery, goodbye. Maybe we were classed as a regular by then? The point of this is...please smile, please don't be rude, please make newcomers feel like they want to come back. My mum enjoyed her meal, I had the ceaser chicken salad, in my opinion....DON'T BOTHER. please lift your game...

Paid $34.00 for a steak, and it was supposed to be medium well done, however it was bleeding when I cut into it. They took it away, and it came back so tough, that had to cut it into tiny pieces as I had trouble swallowing it. Tbh, I almost choked on a piece. For the price, just serving with a few chips and gravy, was a bit steep, admittedly it was accompanied by a tiny bowl of rocket leaves, but not a very nice meal for the price. I asked if I could have veg instead of chips, expecting 'vegetables' perhaps some mashed potato, carrot etc..as they do serve that, and I ended up with a bowl of what appeared to be anti pesto.. (something I personally cannot stomach). So for $34.00 a tough steak is disappointing. Minestrone soup was lovely, as was my partners Pumpkin soup. Would have been nicer with a garnish on it tho, Pumpkin soup needs sour cream or something green on top. Our garlic bread was also burnt around the crust. Staff were friendly...
