Fat Cat Thai — Restaurant in Adelaide

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Not only is the lady absolutely rude on the phone when your trying to find out where your order is after being picked up 45min ago! She tells me that I had the wrong place, but when food finally got here freezing cold. On the bag even says enjoy from fat cat Thai. The food is nothing like Thai food. A preschooler could have made something with more flavour. After being in Thailand a few times. This was absolutely revolting. Noodles all clumped together. Was not edible. The spring rolls soggy with no flavour. After once again calling the shop to tell them that the food was not to any kind of standard she still continued to try tell me it did not come from there store. Worst customer service. Worst food....

Worst customer service. We were asked to leave the shakes (drink) we were having because drinks from out side are not allowed. If they have shakes, i won't mind but they had some carbonated drinks only. I wanted leave but my partner wanted Thai so we took take away and went. Utterly disappointed. Not only they are low in customers (restaurant was empty empty in the friday night) but they chase away the ones that coming. But girl who was at the front desk was lovely and sweet. Normally I would order Pad Se Ew, but today ordered Pad kee mao with chicken. Chicken is very tender and perfectly cooked, and the vegetables really nice. However, the large flat noodles were not separated (see photos) and so were not covered in the sauce and very bland tasting, and not acceptable for this style of dish, especially for the price of what is really a street food.
