This bakery is excellent. The quality of their food is a solid 10 out of 10. The pastry on their pasties are buttery and flaky with the right amount of caramelisation. The filling is a perfect blend of ingredients. My favourite pie is the pig monster. Full of meat and veg. The soughdough bread is authentic soughdough from a starter and has a gorgeous crumb and unique flavour full of tang. The Kitchener buns are light and fluffy and filled with real cream. My favourite is the vanilla slice. Large rich custard sandwiched between crisp pastry and iced to perfection. The coffee is good as well. This is my go-to place for a bakery fix.
