ordered a whopper cheese hunger tamers box as is however changed the drink to a biscoff shake with extra toppings and sauce through uber last night. i also removed the onions from the burger since im ALLERGIC. When i got the order i started eating the nuggets without checking the rest of my meal (my bad ig) i had a reaction and had to call the ambos. turns out they didn’t give me fries with the box they gave me ONION rings which as i mentioned im deathly ALLERGIC! thanks whoever was working last nights closing shift (21/12) u nearly killed me. Also apparently they couldn’t be fudged making the large shake with extra topping i ordered instead i got a tiny sundae with no sauce and barely any toppings. truely outdid yourselves last night round of applause all around hell pat yourselves on the back you’ve done such great work deserve a recognition award “the team member with the least brains award goes too…?” make the orders correct or quit. i nearly died because someone couldn’t read a simple order. wish i could give negative stars but that would...

Utterly hopeless.

Against my better judgement I came here because it was a closer than the Port. Proceeded to spend several minutes at the drive-thru window while my order got re-entered multiple times and yet was still wrong each time - there is nothing complicated about a regular whopper meal with strawberry shake for the drink and a serve of 6 nugs w/ sauce but judging by the blank glassy-eyed look on the girl's face I may as well have been asking her to submit an essay discussing the finer points of the special theory of relativity. I eventually gave up and drove to HJ's in the Port, where I was provided with far quicker and more switched-on service.

There is something seriously wrong with this HJ's. Chronically slow and poor customer service and they seem to be constantly understaffed, with the few staff that do get put on shift often being about as sharp as a marble and poorly trained on top of that.

Avoid at all costs. Drive the extra 2km up the road to HJ's in the Port if you value your...

It is new and clean and modern, but this had to be the worst hungry jacks for customer service I've ever been to. A more than 10 minute wait getting through the drive-through with only 2 cars ahead of me, it's not like it was packed, and once I got to the window I waited and waited for my food and once it was clear nobody was coming, i drove away and parked and went inside where there were NO customers waiting to be served: just one man waiting aside for his food. That's it. And my bag of food was just sitting there! 3 staff members behind the counter not doing much. Why on earth it took so long is beyond me and I'll never, ever return to this location now because of this. Hire better staff. I'm more than happy to wait when it's really busy or understaffed, but this was not either of those situations so therefore no excuse. Big...
