INC Cafe — Restaurant in Adelaide

Really an extremely disappointing experience and won't ever bother returning. Visited on a Friday afternoon after picking up the kids from school, as my child was attending a child's party at the Cafe. It wasn't even 4pm and we were refused coffee and food service..?!?! Alcohol was the only item on offer. Total and utter confusion as to why you would think it was sensible, at a CAFE, to refuse to keep your coffee machine open for the last few hours of business?? Or toast pre-made toasted sandwiches in your counter top grill?? Especially as there were no less than 20 kids, and therefore at least 20 PAYING parents at the venue for the party. I stopped for a quick coffee and ordered straight away no waiting line. I waited 15 mins, I went to the same young girl to whom I paid and asked how long it would take to get my coffee. She stopped talking to another girl who was near a coffee machine and she barked at me that they had to do 10 of them so I needed to sit and wait. I already regretted being there, after another 5 minutes the girl (who was near the coffee machine) brought me my coffee and did not even look at me, did not say anything like sorry for the waiting or enjoy your coffee, she simply ignored me put this cup on the table and left. Father’s Day we went to the Inclusive Cafe for lunch and really enjoyed ourself it was lovely to find a cafe open on a Sunday which we didn’t have to look for a park and walk a long way. We had my mother with us and she is 91 which was perfect for her to enter. The food and service was excellent and we heard that the cafe will not be open on the the weekend from last Sunday. We feel that this is going to be a real shame for the Cafe and the customers who enjoy going there.We really hope that this decision can be changed for the community of Minda residents in the area and people who enjoy going to the cafe.
