Ordered Family Burger box We ordered original twisters and Burgers. When we got home (note we didnt go through the drive through) we opened our food to find that we had 4 burgers and no twisters. So I called up and they said we could come back and exchange the burgers.
We get to KFC and we have to wait in line (really...) and after 10 minutes of waiting we were served.
I told them our order was wrong and asked them to redo the whole meal because it was cold. (its a 10 minute drive to the KFC so thats 20+ minutes from when we ordered) As I asked the girl at the counter rolled her eyes and said yes unhappily. Up to this point I was so-so and thought to myself "people make mistakes and these are just kids."
To my absolute disgust I saw the girls out the back, remove my chicken nuggest in another customers Family Feast. This breaks OH&S and could kill someone. That food had been out of the shops for over 20 minutes and they don't know where it had been! This was absolutely disgusting. I asked who was ordering that meal and it was two guys, I told them what happened. I don't know if they took the meal or if they made the staff remake the lot, but IMO all the food was cross contaminated.
I work in the hospitality industry and I must say I was completely disgusting with KFC Noarlunga. To put customers health at risk it makes me wonder why you put stupid little blonde bimbos with no training and who don't give a damn about their job at all in a position where they can potentially make someone sick or kill them.
Also, wearing a hat does not stop hair falling out. Im aware girls like to make themselves look pretty, with their hair all fancy, but if their hair isn't tied back and out of their face, NOT HANGING FREELY, they are increasing the chances of cross contaminating.

Read moreTonight I went in at 7pm. It was pretty busy, however there were many staff on. We knew we would have to wait a bit longer for fast food, although no one was saying how long. We ended up waiting a total of 1 hour and 8 minutes. I think the longest waiting customer for the night. At about 45 minutes, we were number 1 on the order board and others were continuously having their meal called out before us. Our name then went into the “ready” section and I went up and the girl said it is just coming now. 10 minutes later and I asked again cause it had disappeared. They said I was still there and coming. About another 10 minutes later I said to the girl I had been waiting over an hour and customers who were walking in were getting their food straight away. Another girl at the counter said it was coming now and went out the back. I had three twisters and 3 drinks and was offered “extra chicken or something” after waiting for 68 minutes. I understand busy, I have worked in fast food but the care from the team was only coming from one young female staff member. I am really upset about this experience as I missed part of my movie that started at 7:45, and frankly I believe my order was skipped or forgotten or removed to ensure their wait numbers recorded weren’t too high. As much as I appreciate the hard working staff, it was disappointing to see only one staff member seeming sorry and the rest standing around, ignoring me when I approached the counter. I would also like to add that they served an man at the counter his food straight away when he ordered whilst I had been waiting for 60minutes. Read moreWe've had nothing but negative experiences with this outlet, in particular with food delivered by a third party - not that the third party is at fault, it's how KFC Noarlunga treat orders to be delivered by such.
We've had TP drivers cancel delivery and leave the store due to wait times for food that should've been made ready pre-arrival.
When drivers are lucky enough to have an order ready to deliver within 10 minutes of arrival, they deliver cold food that's been packed like the lunchbox of a kid who's running late for school, which makes sense when considering the average age of shift managers in that place.
Constant delivery wait times of over an hour regardless of time of day or day of week.
Our last delivery consisted of the potato and gravy being packed sideways in the bag, resulting in a liquid mess we had the unfortunate and time consuming duty to clean. Will we be reimbursed for our time? Hah!
Squished and soggy burgers, cold flaccid chips, greasy bone riddled chicken pieces (ok that last one is a given), these are delivery staples from KFC Noarlunga.
