KFC Seaford Rise — Restaurant in Adelaide

There’s was human hair in my chicken but couldn’t complain coz I was at home in a different suburb and I don’t have a car I don’t recommend going here or any fast food place just make ur own chicken at home it ain’t worth getting food poisoning from these places with low paid workers that don’t care enough about there job to care about quality of food and health regulations for ppl who pay for food fairly expecting quality food just disgusting I don’t recommend this place to anyone it’s horrible quality food most the time I hope maybe this time I go it will be good and I get shit served up I don’t complain coz I don’t wanna be that person to make a big deal coz I feel bad the workers get paid the bare minimum but yea no one go here it’s terrible I swear the workers make the food shit on purpose for fun and games but absolutely disgusting quality I remember when kfc was good what happened to it u guys need more health inspector checks coz ur workers are hopeless at there jobs! Oh and they sound like they hate all customers when u speak to them when ordering inside the restaurant u guys need stricter guidelines and more supervision coz someone is gonna sue I wish I kept the chicken with hair in it but yea i just didn’t think about it at the time but yea fix ur restaurant it’ll...

Was super hungry and took my chances coming here. I refuse to come here most of the time but I promise I will never be returning, here’s why:

Food is always horrible, the chicken is almost leathery and feels/tastes like is been in the warmer for hours already.

My order is always wrong and always messed up, when I call up to say something about it I do get offered a replacement meal but it’s never written down that I’ve been given this so I essentially waste money going here and they refuse to fix the issue. If I go in store the people behind the counter are always extremely rude about it despite how understanding I am about the situation (I used to work in fast food, I get how it can be and we’re human…we make mistakes) but these issues are constant at this store.

I always super sick after eating at this store, never at any others…just this one. I’m currently suffering from food poisoning after finishing my meal from them tonight.

Surprisingly my order was not wrong tonight but the staff where all super unfriendly and made me feel like coming and ordering online for pickup made their life hell, no smiling, no friendly tone..nothing.

24/07/22 5pm Seaford The staff member read my order back to me, it was correct, l paid and moved onto the collection window.

She didn’t give me my Daughters frozen drink. I said there should be a frozen Pepsi with it. She says it’s not on the order, l said ‘yes it was but never mind l will pay again.’ She said ‘no go back around’ and shut the window and walked off. Well l wasn’t going to sit for another 10 minutes in the drive through queue, so my little girl literally sobbed all the way home. Thanks KFC. The young girl needs a retrain.
