McDonald's West Beach — Restaurant in Adelaide

Based on last night's experience, standards have fallen to a new low *Now just to be fair we have had better experiences in the past but you're only as good as the time provides...

On arrival, things were not overly busy but what stood out was that EVERY table needed cleaning and we had to wipe one down our selves to use

Once again the receipt print out on the order screen did not work and all we got was a shrug when telling the staff.

We chose table service and care factor was almost non existent - 2 napkins for 3 people and a Classic Angas which was was Luke warm and missing half of it's ingredients ( a request to remake was received with a smirk and no apology )

My son wanted a mcFlurry after and was ordered later and handed over with the consistency of a thick shake requiring a replacment

The staff seemed to be more interested in chatting to the 3 people at the counter for almost our entire visit

Over all very poor and as fast food is no longer a cheap meal out would have to seriously consider if it's...

If you could score them 0 stars I would. Used app, ordered $18.80 worth, was charged approx $24, was made wait for over 14 min at drive through speaker (only 1 car in front in parking bay-he got out also and went into restaurant to see why there was such a delay) they confirmed my app order number and name and by the time I got to last window said it/I didn’t exist….app said my order had been picked up….so I also got out of car and went I to restaurant some 30 min later to get refund as I had NO food…only to be told I needed to pay again -despite proof of dud coming out of my credit card….or ring a customer service number to try and get refund….NO FOOD some 40 Min later and NO ONE on customer service number today…:TERRIBLE customer service -the WORST MacDonalds I’ve ever been to-and I’ve been to many The rudest duty manager and store manger Do yourself a favour and DRIVE to City -anything to avoid this...

Never been a great fan of Maccas. Food is dry and tastless. Meat is like cardboard and heaven forbid to add any condiments that you can see or taste. If you want extra onion or anything else, they will charge you for it, and then you try to find that extra you paid for. Good luck. Even their toilets were questionable, which is what I was there for, and that was very early in the morning. Just imagine what their kitchen would be like. Shame there wasn't an OTR nearby. Cannot recommend any Maccas, but certainly not this one. Had a burger recently from a chicken, fish, and chip shop. Wow, now they still make great burgers that you don't feel hungry after eating it, and they don't charge for condiment extras. But who am I to say, lm only the customer...
