This is the Worst Pizza Place. It’s not about the taste but about how the staff treats other people. So went to place on Saturday Midnight to collect an Uber Order. My phone was low on charge and I requested the one staff member that is it possible to charge my phone here. He said no, which was fine. But when he gave me the food which I went to collect he Clearly said that “Aye Take the Food and Leave”. I quickly responded by saying you can’t talk to me like that, as I’m not your servant. He replied back by saying you look like a servant and said the place from where I come everyone is a servant. On 4th August 2023, I placed an order for a pizza from Pedro Pizza Somerton Park, and upon receiving it, I was appalled to discover a purple plastic string in the pizza. I immediately contacted the store and spoke to one of the representatives, explaining the situation and expressing my concerns about the quality of the food. To my dismay, the response I received from the representative was dismissive and unsatisfactory. They denied any responsibility, insisting that the foreign object in the pizza could not have originated from your shop. Ordered through MenoLog... Completely ignored my directions asking "please call once arrived" as I live aside a house from tenants.... They ignored it, didn't call me as I asked... I called back after 20 mins of waiting to nothing but disregard. I called back as I was sick of waiting after the 20 minutes, so I explained my side of the story that I requested a phone call and I'd happily come to them and they said "yeah okay" to then very quickly hanging up on me... So obviously they can't deal with issues outside just cooking pizza... Outside that unfortunate issues, the food was tasty...
