I ordered from this restaurant via the Uber platform at 2135. The order was accepted. The order was allocated a driver and an estimated delivery time was provided. The delivery time was initially 30 minutes and that kept becoming later and later. I then received a message from Uber Support at 2257 to advise me that the restaurant is closed and my order has been cancelled. I have been charged. So I’m really struggling to understand how a restaurant that lists their closing time as 2200 was closed when they accepted an order and commenced preparing it aswell as processed payment. Interesting..well thanks guys I now have no dinner and everything is now closed. I hope wherever my order is has been thoroughly enjoyed ✌🏻
