Came here for breakfast on the strength of excellent reviews across multiple sites. Bacon and eggs on two pieces of white toast looked like something my kids might have served for Mothers Day. Cold hard toast and dry scrambled eggs. Smashed avocado had a thin smear only on a single piece of lepinja. The avocado was off like it was too soft and bruised and had the appearance the black part had been mixed in. Told staff and it was remade however no improvement at all. Poached eggs were watery. We found this place by chance while holidaying in Adelaide. What a great cafe! We were greeted with welcoming smiles and a homely atmosphere. I ordered a chicken wrap made with their homemade flat bread (so delicious) and my husband had the Open Plate bacon and eggs on toast (poached, done to perfection). I visited there with my exercise group last week and they have another big Christmas lunch reserved group and also regular customers. So they were super busy, but foods coming so quickly with no mistake. And all workers still in good mood in their peak time and situation.
