A great Parkrun with beautiful scenery, have play area for kids with (slides, swings etc) lots of parking, perfect place to watch sunsets during summer, overlooking Adelaide airport - can see planes taking off and on.. can also watch Glenelg new years eve fireworks from here.. perfect spot if you looking for a quiet place, kids loves to collect stones and shells, ice cream vendor usually parked on this area as no restaurant nearby. How can parkrun not get 5stars? This one is a bit of a wind-tunnel on windy days because its along the river leading out to the ocean. Bit of a slope going up the bridge and some uneven ground along the paddocks making it a tad more difficult than running along the esplande but the upside is that you dont have many cyclists or pedestrians to get around AND you get to run along...

Park Run has been amazing for the whole family, myself, my partner, our 7 year old daughter and 8 month old son (in the pram) have loved getting up early and getting some fitness and fresh air. The volunteers have been wonderful and encouraging. Its great to see people of all different age groups, some competing and some just for fun...
