This use to be my go to for authentic Indian, after making a phone call order and re-confirming our order, the order was wrong. Didn't realise until home, called and was told that due to take away they can't replace it, got 100 excuses to why they can't. Asked for a refund / had to push back asking for a refund or replacement. Only until threatened with business and consumer affairs that we got a delayed response. Excuses that the manager wasn't available, then told they weren't on site. Pushed for a time frame to call me back with a solution. I was one of the regular customer here but today I ordered curries and to be very honest, the gravy was sooo spoilt like it was outdated and they’re keep on warming old curries again and again and as soon as I called them that curries was spoilt, the lady at the front said they’re making fresh but I wish it was fresh as anyone can literally smell clearly that it is a old curry, over priced with low quantity and below average quality, I regret on ordering from this restaurant instead I should’ve ordered from somewhere else, never ever coming back and not recommending at all to anyone, guys save your health and don’t go, we’re not paying for such...

Couldn't stop myself reviewing the best food with the best customer service in Adelaide's best vegan restaurant. We visited Adelaide for the first time and one of our friends recommended 'Simply Vegan n veg'. The food quality was A++ and we received our order in 15-20 minutes time. Also, I loved the smart idea of writing our order codes from the menu ourselves to avoid any confusion in the food we recieve. The must visit place if you are in search of a good quality food.
