It’s very disappointing and immature to see that a manager would behave in such a manner, as to argue and lie about his customers, whom he has never met! You say we failed to give the right information to the delivery driver for our order, therefore it’s our fault we received the wrong product, but I don’t actually recall seeing you sitting in our lounge room next to us, when we placed this! (So how would you know?) Just like we are struggling to prove it wasn’t our fault, you can’t actually prove it was either! Your staff lied to me telling me you don’t batter products on your menu, then you confirmed this, when the week previously, we had delicious (exactly the same meal) battered everything ( no complaints!) from you! Blaming a third party delivery company and taking no responsibility to check that the company sends through all requests and being humble enough to apologise and offer to look into it, you simply defend yourself, palm it off and accuse your customers of lying! Very disappointing that your reply was untrue....

Food is always amazing! It’s Good Friday and we knew they would be busy… they every year. We ordered for a 7pm pick up at 5pm so 2 hours notice assuming our food would be ready when we pick it up. We got there and store was packed as expected but they don’t even start making the order we called about 2 hours prior until we are there waiting for it. We waited 35 mins for a family feast we ordered 2 hours in advanced. Please fix this system before next Good Friday as there is no point in ringing up in advance for our order with your...

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beautiful shop, although quite small. The customer service was about average — staff could definitely be friendlier and more engaging with their customers. Customer service is so important, and instead of standing around talking, staff should focus more on interacting with clients.

The playground outside is a fantastic idea and great for families, but unfortunately there aren’t enough tables and chairs to accommodate everyone. Food is...
