Ordered a Banh Mi roast Pork Roll, Roll was stale with mold. You stated to me when i asked for a refund as i couldn't eat this roll that your bread was delivered fresh every morning, however if this is correct then why was my roll stale with mold. As for you saying you have security footage of this then please reply to this comment with footage. Requested a refund and was told it would hit my account straight away as i asked the lady who was issuing the refund that it will hit my account straight away but then after leaving the store i got a text msg saying that it will be 3-5 days. 5 days later still waiting on refund, went in to discuss this with the manager who got onto the phone and had a conversation with someone and never acknowledged i was there, i sat down for 10min and waited for an outcome with the phone conversation ending and them serving another customer without even communicating to me to please wait while they serve a customer, they completely ignore me the whole time, i got up and just left after being in the store for 10mins waiting for my credit i was entitled too. I then checked my account and FUNNY that, the credit was in my account, Lucky i followed this up because you probably would have never given me a refund. I then had a msg from them with photos saying they have issued the refund and thank you for coming into the store, i then replied saying that i will be making a review on google about the POOR customer service and poor food, with them responding with threats, stating if i post about this they will take action to let the public know the truth...
Read moreVery very poor customer service, and was hard to communicate as there we a language barrier. My order came out wrong so I went back up to the counter and got ignored and walked past as I was waiting for someone to change my order over, clearly standing there waiting for someone to help. One lady in particular kept serving the people next to me and handing the food over as the orders were going out, I stood there quite patiently until everyone was gone. I was STILL ignored. I said “excuse me” the lady replied “what” very abruptly but still stood 2 metres away from me behind the counter. She clearly didn’t want to walk over to help me. I told her that my order wasn’t right, she snatched it from my hands and fixed it and gave it back and walked off.
My mother in law then went to get up to get a drink, she was standing up there for a few minutes, the same thing was happening.. they didn’t want to serve her and just ignored her. Read moreThe food is always delicious, they just need to improve their customer service, the people at FOH were very rude and unprofessional, they also need to clean the place after the customers eat, my wife asked for the favor of cleaning the table and they didn't like it, they did it in a bad way and they threw the food waste on the ground and didn't dispose of it. The food can be delicious but there must be a perfect mix between good food, good service and good atmosphere.
