I came to get foot long falafel Rajesh was serving at subway I waited around 15 min in queue when my turn came he started to make Italian foot long smashed falafel subway he added all veggies which i asked, In last I asked for spicy mayo and habanero hot sauce so he added spicy mayo and then there wasnât anything inside habanero hot sauce bottle then after he pretended like he is adding sauce and squeezed twice so as I can see he sauce didnât came out I asked him that I need habanero hot sauce so he replied we donât have that sauce so i asked him then why you pretended like you are adding it so he said if you donât want this sub then I will throw it out so I said this is really weird answer so He said if next time you want you can come in and make by yourself And also used abusing language which isnât appropriate to work on any place I am coming regular based in this subway as it is convenient for me but after this incident I will never ever come again And that was same word from RAJESH that next time never come Incident time: 24 July 2024...
   Read moreToday I was served by a assistant manager Amber, I wanted a sub and a toastie, she was so rude about it I felt I shouldnât buy from there, she kept talking to her co worker, which didnât give me a moment to ask for a toastie aswell, then she had the nerve to say ânext time, tell me at the startâ she was rough with my food, put a few specs of cheese on and shrugged me off. How could I tell her what I wanted while she was talking? I didnt want to be rude and interrupt her. I feel like every time I come here, the workers are very rude, and disrespectful.    Read moreDid online order and did it well before I left my house just incase it was busy and to ensure they had time I arrived 10 minutes after the food was meant to be ready and then still waited another 15 minutes before it actually being ready because she was preparing other bread. No other customers infront of me being served. Subway you need to hire more staff to ensure prep is done. No compensation or apologies for the delay. Customer service could be improved get the manager in the store actually improving this. Work on better systems and prep times. Itâs the bare minimum.
