Came here multiple times already so I do understand and see what they do offer.
BUT the customer service here from some of the staff was unbelievable. I was actually shook at the treatment I received that day. We booked a table like we usually do and order our meals. Everyone comes out looking nice, fresh, yummy and colourful.
Mine came out last which doesn’t bother me, what bothered me was the fact they brought out my plate with old stale looking brown avocado that is clearly brown? Did they think I was going to stay quiet and let it go and thought they could get away with it. I kindly asked the waiters to come over and have a look and ask if I could have fresh ones, at first they were hesitant and did not see the problem and kept me waiting for a long time which is quite silly considering this isn’t something to be taken slightly especially when comparing to everyone else dish with avocado, everyone else was obviously fresh and greener? Theres a difference. I shouldn’t have to wait longer for my food to go cold just to get fresh avocado. Yet I did. Asked two different staff about it, I was patient and nice the whole time and waited. I had to bring it up again and showed them and asked them how is this is ok? That was when they finally did something? So the whole time I waited and thought they were coming with new ones, they were not. Everyone is almost done eating and I’m here waiting around nibbling bits and pieces. Not even an apology once. Then it comes out and then gets placed completely on the other side of the table on the other end.
I have photos for proof. For the comparison and before and after. Absolutely ridiculous.
Please educate your staff better.
What baffled me was whoever plated this up clearly thought it was ok to send out to the table and even worst is that they thought they could get away with it. I highly doubt they would pay for their meal and expect any less either and nor would they will eat what they have brought out to me. Disgusting.

Read moreMy husband & I have previously dined here & enjoyed lunch time meals on quite a number of occasions with friends as well as workmates over the years but we recently attended a private evening corporate function that included cocktail food.Because I have some food allergies/aka dietary needs I was concerned when staff started bringing platters around & I asked if items contain the ingredients I can not eat.The lovely young waitress said she did not know but suggested I go to the bar & speak to senior staff. Upon doing so one of the head chefs from kitchen quickly came out to talk to me. I mentioned that my allergies were not anaphylactic at this stage but would seriously affect me & that I had medical advice that they could get worse with continued exposure .She immediately said that there was absolutely no problem & that she would be happy to look after me & she could easily make me up a platter with food that I could safely eat.I was very impressed as a plate with a great range of hor d'oeuvres came out within a short amount of time that was absolutely delicious .I made a point of giving my Thanks to be passed onto the kitchen staff when my empty plate was collected & when I later got a drink & went back to the counter I was able to personally thank the head Chef as I felt she really looked after me & I was very grateful.. was very impressed on the night so I would say 10/10.It is a wonderful place to dine for lunch & functions & has there are very friendly & helpful staff BUT I just wished that they opened the restaurant a lot more on evening times (instead of only lunch times ) PLUS management absolutely MUST consider that their outside entrance as their signs really need to be lite up when having private evening functions as IF you are not a local who knows exactly where the venue is it really IS a VERY hard location to find as it is just so very dark outside in the immediate area & if you are not aware exactly where it is,it would be so easy to drive right past ...
Read moreSo we've just got home & tried phoning them to talk to the manager, 3 times, no one picked up, so here goes with the review that otherwise might've been avoided. I booked well in advance, 4 people on valentines day. It was busy but I'm fairly sure they knew when valentines day was. Greeted with borderline attitude because the waitress wasn't the one meant to be dealing with reservations. Got seated, 10-15mins before someone noticed we had no menus. The same waitress, again with borderline attitude but at least she noticed us, begrudgingly took our orders for drinks & food saying she was only meant to deal with mains. The waiter we should've had was meandering around ignoring us, any slower & he would've stopped. 40 mins after ordering we received 1 of the drinks on a tray with someone elses, then one other drink, & eventually the other drink, all separate. We had to ask twice for some water. 1 hour later we got a garlic bread Entre, toast with garlic butter. 1 hour 45-50 mins later, just as we were about to leave we received mains. Food not bad but my tiny pork belly main with only 2 green beans was not much different to the tappas version. I had also asked for another glass of wine, by the time that arrived I had nearly finished. We would've liked to have had a coffee & dessert but were not prepared to wait another hour for that. We were told by a waitress, the only one that apologised, that they were instructed to serve any 2 people before 3 or more regardless of who was first! Which they did. So they would rather anger several people than 2?!! Badly managed, badly trained, staff some of whom clearly didn't want to be there & couldn't give a stuff.
