On 25/10/2023 around 9:30 pm. I went there to have pad Thai noodle. There was nobody in front desk to take my order. I was keep calling staffs for 5 minutes and one staff finally show up. I feel like he was hiding from me. I said to him that I was keep calling for staff to take my order. He didn’t even say any word. Then he took my order and I told him to make spicy pad Thai noodle. While he was taking my order I feel like he doesn’t have any customer service at all and he don’t even know how to cook. After he took my order I went to seat on chair. Just within 2 minutes my order was ready. I knew that food wouldn’t be good and I’m 100% sure he made the food worst intentionally. When I tried pad Thai. It was the worst pad Thai I ever had. All noodles broken, No flavour, disaster taste. Not enough spicy. If I can, I will give zero star to cook and his customer service. I’ve attached photo down...

Went to Croydon store on 7/1/23 at 9:15pm to get Hot and Spicy. A guy approached and said that he has already packed the stuffs so might not get what I want as shop closing time was at 10pm. Then I ordered Hot and Spicy with just chicken and asked him to change the Noodles to Hokkein insted of regular Noodle but he told me he can't do it as it is a company policy and he has to submit the report of noodles to the area manager. I even asked him to pay extra for the noodles but he refused saying that I can't charge and can't do it at all with a rudness attitude. He didn't care about the customer service at all. He didn't even approach other options and when I told him that's allright then I will visit another shop. He just said ok. I won't recommed this place at all. Had a worst customer...

Doesn't deserve one star because I was refused service. Drove 20 minutes to find out she has three meals to make and refused to serve me as she wouldn't have enough time there was over 20 minutes until closing time and got refused as another table of people had just order. Ridiculous, there was twenty minutes until closing you stay until the orders are complete when you work in food. She wasn't sympathetic at all was quite rude about the situation. Turned around to see that subway was counting their till and refused service there as well again with 20 minutes with the kitchen supposed to be open you do not turn away customers or close.
