Thanks for your explanation, but as a paying customer, I shouldn’t be responsible for cross-checking prices online or verifying which version of your menu is correct. It’s completely unacceptable that the in-store menu doesn’t reflect the actual prices being charged. That’s misleading and creates a poor dining experience.
Fresh food or not, transparency and consistency matter. If 20% of your menus still show outdated prices, it’s your responsibility—not the customer’s—to ensure accuracy. The service and attitude I experienced didn’t make up for this confusion either. I strongly suggest you update all menus immediately instead of expecting customers to deal with the difference.
Extremely disappointed service & food
I’m honestly shocked by how bad my experience was here. The food was stale and clearly not fresh, completely different from what’s shown or described online. The staff were rude, unwelcoming, and seemed totally uninterested in serving customers — as if doing us a favor by just being there.
To make things worse, the prices in-store were higher than what’s listed online, which feels like a total scam. No explanation, no apology — just attitude. If you can’t keep your menu updated or treat customers respectfully, don’t expect people to come back.

Too many flies in the dining area and 2 flies fell in our food. Spoke to the wait staff about this and she told that it’s the common problem here and other customers are also complaining about this and there is no solution for this. Like really???? Ordered noodles for kids and were smelling really bad. Garlic naan seems to be frozen from supermarkets and they just heated and give it to us. Recently, at the 3rd event; they send 2 kgs of sweets (burfi) as promised. When I fixed the payment the next day, they charged me for 3 kgs of burfi (said that they delivered 3 kg not 2, and I trust them, so paid for same and came back) When I was scrolling through pics, I realized that the quantity was not enough for 3kg, as I know how many pieces can make a kilo. Went to complaint the next day on my way to work, the lady up there, Radhika was saying that she send 3 kg. I told her to pack 3 kgs of same burfi in the same tray as per the photo, then she started making excuses. At the end she asked the staff to pack another 1 kg sweets for which I already paid them for.
But she didn’t apologize a single time for either her mistake or the act of dishonesty. It was only 25 dollars they charged me extra for that 1 kg, which got picked unluckily. But it’s definitely costing them loosing a bunch a customers.
