Hao Sushi and Grill — Restaurant in Armidale

I’ve been to this restaurant a few times, and the service/quality of food seems to get worse every time. We went here tonight and ordered food before everyone else. We ordered three meals, one meal came about 10 minutes after ordering, the second meal came out about 30 minutes after and the third meal came out after 40 minutes. There were people that had ordered after us and they got their food before us. The quality of food was also bad. I ordered the Shoyu Pork Ramen and it had zero taste. Didn’t even have toppings that ramen generally has. Looked cheaply and poorly made. The broth literally tasted like hot water mixed with milk. A complete disappointment. We've visited Hao on several occasions previously and had a great time. Sadly, there is now a serious decline in the quality of food and service. We waited for more than an hour for a waiter to take our order, and 3 hours after arriving our food finally started to be served. It came separately for each person, with long gaps so the first had finished eating by the time the last meal came. Very bad service!! Have been noticed no table service and ordered at the cashier. 2 minutes later, staff has come to do table service at the table next to me. What!?!? The food is nothing close to authentic Japanese food at all. They are not even tell what’s the difference between ebi katsu or tempura(which is on the menu).
