This was a nice little place with an ok variety of things, but it was pricey in my opinion. I tried the roasted vegetable wrap which was nice but surprisingly served cold. It had cucumber in it so couldn't really be heated, but definitely think roasted vegetable would taste better warm. The blueberry and banana muesli was nice with the coconut yogurt. :) One lady working there wasn't overly friendly but maybe her friendliness was masked by her mask. I found it interesting that on the window, there was a spiel about eating healthy and not having sugar, and they have a lot of sugary sweets inside...little contradictory I feel! Cool that you can see into the cross fit gym, but be prepared to get a fright when they drop the weights with a crash!

I was working out of my usual area and popped into The Wooden Spoon for a quick lunch. What a fantastic selection of really freshly made options for lunch. I went with the Turkey and salad wrap and a mug of coffee. Great value at $17. The wrap was huge and so full and a real man size meal and excellent coffee. I didn't need one,but a great selection of cakes and sweet things too. Do yourself a favour and pop in for super friendly service and a great lunch.

I was working out of my usual area and popped into The Wooden Spoon for a quick lunch. What a fantastic selection of really freshly made options for lunch. I went with the Turkey and salad wrap and a mug of coffee. Great value at $17. The wrap was huge and so full and a real man size meal and excellent coffee. I didn't need one,but a great selection of cakes and sweet things too. Do yourself a favour and pop in for super friendly service and a great lunch.

All my colleagues at work come here to have a coffee. It was ok coffee spots. Since we tried to support local shops. But unfortunately, after finally met with the ā€œownerā€ of the coffeeshop and the fitness place, it was a bad experience yesterday. She might have a bad day. But being rude itā€™s just unacceptable. She was rudely accusing us and blaming us that we did not order the coffee but which we already paid for it. Without any apology, rudely said to us just take any coffee that already pre-made on the countertop. Never again to this shop. Unfortunately bad coffee can be fix but not bad attitude. Will notify all my colleagues at work. Sorry about this bad review but it needs to be out there for someone to know. Apparently bad reviews been removed few times. Thanks for...
