We attended burrito bar for dinner tonight. I am heavily pregnant and can’t lift things, My husband carried our toddler in and we looked for a highchair. The staff watched me struggle to carry highchair to table without offering assistance. They followed behind me to set the table. We sat our toddler in the highchair and it collapsed. We weren’t aware the chair was rusting in joints and broken! Our toddler smashed his face on the table and his mouth was bleeding. The staff member walked inside after he watched it happen. I guess he didn’t know what to do… itv was late and we needed to eat so we ordered and got on with it. The staff really didn’t offer us much assistance and given the circumstances I would’ve expected an apology and refund. The replacement highchair was filthy, I wiped it with a wet wipe and the wipe was black! Food was only mediocre! Got a grilled chicken breast, firstly it came out within 3 min of ordering (I looked at time vs the time of paying on the receipt) and secondly came out cold had to get a fresh one and was quite chewy. Also got a veggie bowl absolutely TINY by the way all the weight was in the bowl🤣🤣, unfortunately personally believe it was a kids portion with the size of it! and came with more cheese than anything else literally covered half the plate, ate because was starving but that too wasn’t hot it was ‘warm’, it was bland!
