EBIYA Japanese Eatery — Restaurant in Ballina

My partner and I went to this restaurant today and bought Salad,Miso Soup,Seared Salmon mini sushi and a veggie sushi each. Which cost $50 and in our opinion not worth going back for. The food was all bland and not as fresh as the other reviews mentioned. The carrot in the veggie sushi roll was shriveled up and not very fresh. The Tofu in the Miso soup was soft like jelly and very bland,The tofu didn't have a taste to it. The salad was also very plain as well. The people working there were friendly and there shop was clean but after today's disappointing experience with the food we will not be back. Sushi Don and Little Tokyo Japanese kitchen have far tastier/fresher food and a good choice of foods. Sushi Don are happy to customise a meal for you. Little Tokyo is honesty the best Japanese food we have ever had and we highly recommend taking a trip to lismore to get great food there...
