Santos Organics - Health & Bulk Food A&I Shop with Organic Cafe — Restaurant in Byron Bay

I don’t understand the service with this cafe and why it’s so slow and horrible. Absolutely no urgency. Double handling and taking there sweet time to walk one a toastie or a wrap at a time is there speciality. Got charged for two wraps on card Because the lady who was serving me was more interested in having a chat with someone over the counter. Then it took 3 people to try refund me. Only to refund by cash but still had to pay the service fee on card for the two wraps.

Last week it took 20 minutes to make two coffee’s with only 2 other people in the cafe.

Today was the last day I ever visit time and time again...

Went to purchase drink at $4.95 Paying via card No sign indicating surcharge Was charged $5.02 Immediately asked for refund Was refunded $4.95 Firstly they decieved me Secondly they stole from me Contracted management Was told all the businesses are surcharging Reminded them of the seven cents discrepancy Management saw no issue There was me, two coworkers in store and a father and daughter. For the Elites. Capitalist prices. Not for profit is a front. The prices could be lower so they reach the less privileged and make more sales ultimately making more profit. No excuse. I did a comparison of prices between the iga, another supermarket and Santos of the same (almost exactly) shopping basket. Santos was FAR above in prices. I spoke to them about it and they're delusional about this saying "A chef did a shop comparison and found d Santos to be lower". Lies....
