This place feels like an exclusive club that you just want to be a part of. When I came through this masterpiece of a drive through coffee shop I was greeted with exceptional service all around.

I would like to give a shout out to Estelle who has served me and made me feel very welcomed and had exceptional conversation skills and took a genuine interest in my day. Not only this but the white hot chocolate made by Estelle that I ordered was something else. As I drank the first few steps it felt as if I had received a hug from a friend that I hadn’t seen in many moons. I was simply taken aback by the exceptional quality all around of this drink. Call me goldilocks because the drink was just right. Temperature ✅, taste ✅, texture ✅✅✅.

Good location and easy accessibility, ties in well to the patrons of Mill Market directly behind. Coffee was average, not enough froth for a cap, slightly over tempered and lacking in flavour from the overall coffee extraction (didn’t hear the grinder going for my particular cup). Have just been served by Genevieve and one of her lovely staff members. Despite it being a hot day, there were smiles all round and the usual friendliness and courtesy. I have been visiting the Newcomb set up, since it first opened. I’ve always experienced wonderful service there; made up of a genuinely friendly approach, quick service and reliably good coffee.
