The restaurant wasn't busy at all (for a Saturday evening) and we thought that it would work in our favour as we were quite hungry. Whilst ordering our food the waitress was friendly as expected. Unfortunately they didn't have the Stardust Pork on the menu available to order and so we ordered the BBQ chicken instead. After 40 minutes we still hadn't received our meals or our drinks. Only after asking if we could pls have our drinks they started preparing it. (People that came after us received their drinks before us which kinda made us ask for ours). After what seemed like a lifetime a waitress came to CONFIRM our order only to inform us that they don't have the BBQ chicken either.

After finally receiving our food (somehow rhe waitress picked up a bit of an attitude and practically threw some of the food on the table) I must say that the food was lovely. When it came to ordering desert the reply we got was "sorry we don't do dessert today". I was gobsmacked to say the least.

I noticed on my way out that the coffee machine had a big sign "out of order" stuck on it. Thank goodness I didn't order a coffee as I don't think another disappointment would have gone down well.

And if dining in darkness is your thing pls dine on the balcony - no lighting outside. Not even the lights that is suppose to light up their restaurant sign was turned on.

As a final thought I think it would be best to close up shop, regroup and open with new management.

All up it was a really...

On our way to Canberra, we decided to come here for quick dinner. When went there, we were asked to wait 10mins very rudely like server didn't wanted us there, eventhough tables were empty, we thought they must be busy and decided to not take it personally. It was 8:30pm and most of the places close in this area so this was our last and happy option to get some vegan food, so we swollowed such welcome and waited, after 10mins I asked if I can charge my phone as I had to travel and needed to use navigation and as a traveller sometimes you need this small help with phone charging, I just looked at counter and they had 2 sockets available. I was told no we dont do that we dont charge phones, then I politely asked if you are not happy having us then it's alright we will find somewhere else if open, and next second the girl said yes please go somewhere else bye 🥲 I never had this kind of experience in Australia and it was first 🙁 So they might have good food but maybe I got unlucky. Also behaviours like this make you feel like why would someone have to do this, specially when you're in customer services. It was unpleasant experience and in my culture we believe that if you're not welcomed you shouldn't have even glass of water there as you're not liked by the host.

I was very disappointed 😞, but if you like this place and they treat you good please go there as the place is beautiful with ocean views. Can't...

We had dinner there last week. We ordered 3 main dishes, 3 plain steamed jasmine rice and 3 drinks. We also asked for a bottle of water. The drinks came very fast, then the food, but we never got any water, until very late. We must have asked 5 times for the water. The food was tasteless and very tiny portions. One of the dishes was advertised on the blackboard as a special, salt and pepper squid and it was priced $33. When the dish arrived, we thought, they made a mistake. There were only 6 small pieces of squid with some green salad leaves.. We questioned the owner and we were told, that's the amount they serve. Overall we were very disappointed, frustrated, angry and left still hungry, after spending $150. I forgot to mention that we were also charged $3 dollars for a few pieces of chilli. We have never had to pay for extra chilli pieces. Be very careful, if you decide to visit this restaurant. Ask questions about the dishes before you order. Another point, the whole restaurant had only one waitress and there was also an old man, who was helping a little bit, but he couldn't speak much English. As a result, people were leaving the restaurant and plates, glasses, cutlery and bottles were sitting on every table. In our opinion not very hygienic or...

Best Thai restaurant i dined after a long time. I wish I can give more stars to this restaurant. Amazing location with good ambiance. Food is extraordinarily delicious and FRESH! Every dish was freshly cooked unlike other restaurants. If I’m visiting Bateman’s bay again, this will be my to go place. I’m so glad I stopped here for lunch. Yummy!

So I went here about 7 months ago and was very satisfied with the fried rice. But this time I decided to shake things up and get a beef salad, but what I received was not salad or beef (that’s what I’m assuming anyways). To me it looked more like excrements, but it was still very delectable and I will be back to try more

This Thai restauranr exceeded my expectation, they deserve the 5 star as an Asian shop in the remote area. Very traditional thai foods, genuine Thai flavor, friendly staff and nice location with water view at the deck. Recommend for people like Asian foods
