I enjoyed my meal I purchased today as much as I had in the past but the coffee was so bad tasting like watery milk, I unfortunately felt the need to take it back (feed back is good ,right) and ask for a refund in which I quietly informed the staff so other cafe goers could not overhear as I know sometimes mistakes are made. The young front counter attendant retrieved an older lady who stormed in from the kitchen to process the refund and she rudely gave me many excuses as to why the coffee in her opinion was ok. Telling me it looks like a flat white and not a cappuccino because the bubbles have popped….. Really! I think this older staff member needs retraining on the consistency of the milky/frothy part of a cappuccino before she treats customers the way she treated me today. Got a coffee then came back an hour later and ordered the same coffee. Served by a different person. The second person charged me $1 more than I payed earlier (as well as every other time I’ve been there). When I questioned it, she barked at me that “it’s a double shot”. When I said that the one only an hour ago was a double shot also, she just ignored me and proceeded to make the worst coffee I have ever had.
