McDonald's Beldon — Restaurant in Beldon

Worst service in the world !!! Shocking and awful!! Group 3 of us just went out of hospital emergency dept after hours waiting , we were all hungry and tired and need something to eat soon . Mac big sign says open 24 hours , so we went to Mac Beldon on the way back home . When we arrived just before 5am , the front door was locked , a few staff sat inside looked at us and said nothing , no sign to show they were not open or when they would reopen. Finally one of us saw someone inside made some gesture , we realised they were not open for some unknown reason. Then we saw their drive through still open and operating . So we went to drive through ordered our meals but when we drove passed the cashier no one there so we drove past the cashier to collect meal spot , but the staff there wanted us to reverse our car back to the cashier again to pay. I tried but felt it was too hard to reverse my car all the way back so I drove forward around to the cashier and paid, when I drove back to the collecting meal spot again, when we collected our meals we only had two drinks for 3 of us , instead of 3 as we ordered , the same young guy said we had to drive around again to make another order for the third drink. By now Our morning and dinning experience were totally ruined by the poor service of the Mac staff . We were...

I am very disappointed after ordering from McDonalds Beldon tonight. Im working late tonight and not at home yet, so my husband placed a delivery order via Menulog for our family dinner tonight.

And our food arrived without all the drinks and the 2 bonus glasses (bonus for ordering 2 set meal of Quarter pounder menu as per the current promo).

My husband rang the store. He was only been told by the staff that its not theie fault and the delivery driver was the one who messed up as they forgotten to pick up the other pack. There is no apologise, only blaming game. The solution they offered was for my husband to come and pick up the items instore. We cant do that as we do not have car to go and pick up as I have the car with me at work. My husband has no choice but to try to ask Menulog for remedy and we still waiting for it, but we are extremely dissappointed with the unprofessionalism of McDonalds Beldon which ruins our trust to order anything from this store. When the driver come and pick up, its expected for the staff members to ensure all order were taken. Sometimes for hygiene purposes, drivers couldnt be blamed if they didnt open each bags to check all food or item. Its the restaurant the one to blame for incidents like this!!

Came through drive thru this morning. Did my order - one drink, two hashbrowns. Showed up on the screen. I earned 3 tokens!! Pulled forward a bit to wait and wound the window up as the line was 5 cars deep. I could hear something (I think the girl was back on the box to order). Got to the window and the girl repeated my drink back to me. Paid. Pulled forward and was handed a drink. Asked where my hasbowns were to be told "you only ordered a drink". No I didnt an dthe girl repeated my order back. This girl (Sadly wearing the manager get up) spoke to her and came back and said "yeah she said a drink only". I explained that my order was up on the screen and she read it back to me at the start. "Oh well - I cant take cash here (noting the registers two feet to her right) - you will need to drive around again...)..

Really...

Thats the solution for someone that YOU made the mistake on. Your fall back was at the next window she only mentioned a drink, well my bad as it was all correct on the screen. Drive around again? No Thanks. And I took off in my car before I said something awful.

Go to Whitfords or Joondalup or anywhere else other than this...
