I stopped going here after they changed hands, as the quality and taste went downhill. I'd had some dry chicken, scary gravy which tasted so foul I still wonder what they put (accidentally spilt?) in it and either over or undercooked chips. It's been some time since then so I thought I'd give them another go as I was having a massive craving for charcoal chicken. Calling up doing phone orders. With kids its easier. The past multiple times get told it will be 10 mins wait 20, 25 mins later it is ready. What tops it off is tonight I ordered at 630 got told 10 mins. I walked out at 7:10pm. I got the chicken parma pack with chips and salad. The parma was awesome, big, thick, covered with cheese and the coating and tomatoe compote was delicious, the chips were fresh and cooked to perfection, i chose the greek salad and some coleslaw from a choice of 7,both were fresh and good eating.
