KFC Benalla — Restaurant in Benalla

Wow. It just couldn't get any worse. The Benalla KFC is a disgrace. Young staff everywhere but only one young boy serving. Waited several minutes to have my order taken. The Chip area looked so dirty I decided not to order them. So I just ordered 5 original chicken pieces. While waiting I noticed how bad this place was. Extreme dirty floors, back of house looked like a shambles. Kitchen staff covered in flour with long hair and not wearing hats. Minutes went by as other orders were assembled with chicken pieces coming from soggy cardboard boxes in the warmer Instead of trays. On two occasions pieces of chicken were dropped on the bench and retrieved and added to orders. After 10mins I was informed that "the original chicken pieces they had left were like slop in the bottom of the box and would I like something else". As it would take another 10mins to make fresh chicken. By now I had completely lost my appetite and asked for a refund. The assistant manager reluctantly obliged after I refused offers of alternative selections. He did apologise though. Saying "sorry but the equipment is so old here we can't manage very well". I hope head office sees this review and takes action to remedy this appalling disgusting mess. And that the health department take measures to hold KFC to account for the complete lack of basic food...

I went to the KFC in Benalla with my mother and we ordered a boneless crispy spice and a original box but before all of that we went to order at the speaker box and we had a lady we couldn't hear her so we went to the window at the drive throw and tried to tell them they send over a manger named pual we tried to talk to him but he ignored us and was abusing my mother with words we tried to talk to him calmly but we ask if he could slow down his talking he would not he ask if we wanted to order witch we did so we Put owe order in and he made sure to get the smallest places of chicken possible and we ask to see but he threw it in our car and slamed the window my mother was furious and in tears so we left we got home looked at the chicken and it was smaller then my palm we have posted him on Facebook Benalla we paid 7.45 for 3 peaces of boneless chicken witch each one of them being around 50 to 60mm we will not be going to KFC in Benalla EVER AGAIN unless this Paul manger is fired we are going to contact KFC Victoria management we want this man fired we are not the first costumers to be...

This KFC had the worst customer service I've ever witnessed. The manager was yelling in the background making the atmosphere terrible and the person behind the counter would not acknowledge any customer who walked through the door. I ordered ahead for pickup and arrived 1min before the designated pick up time expecting a quick in and out. No, they hadn't started the order and hadn't even blinked in my direction to acknowledge I was a human being standing there. They then just wandered aimlessly around the front counter and behind. After a long wait the person behind the counter finally asked what I wanted and then started making the order which was still waiting on the main part to be cooked. After a few mins more they then slid a box in my direction and failed to look up from the floor to notice I was trying to mention they forgot 2 items clearly on screen.
