Harley’s Pizza — Restaurant in Benalla

I read 2 reviews saying they take card, one was on trip advisor stating the surcharge was 2% which I can deal with, another was a google review saying it costs $2 extra to pay card, this was also fine. However, when the pizza got to the door, they couldn’t take card and the delivery man just stood in my doorway so I had to come up with a solution which was to drive into town to get cash out. Terrible service and was unaware of the previous reviews that stated they took card. If we were told on the phone while ordering we would have gotten cash out ready. When the delivery man came back after 10 minutes, he didn’t say a word and was not polite in the slightest. Pizza...

The food was of good quality very tasty, however, on the business site the price of a regular pizza was $10:00. And as I ordered 3 pizzas, I was expecting to pay $30:00 pick up. To my disappointment, on pick up, I was charged $39:00. My issue is that if businesses have a business site, this must be kept up to date, not misleading. I said nothing on pick up as post covid, i want to support the hospitality industry, and secondly, not up grading the site was likely not intentional, but an oversight. If the business is made aware of this post, May I suggest they immediately up grade the site to prevent misleading...

Ordered 3 pizzas , they turn up a little late but looked delicious , first 2 pizzas correct , 3rd one wrong but we didnt realise until we had started to eat one piece , called up and was told they don't replace if any has been eaten , I explained it wasn't my error and they needed to replace it, girl went to speak to the boss so the boss said he would do it as a once off.
