I organised an event in Benalla and RubyBlue was recommended to me for local catering. I ordered a morning tea and lunch for about 20 people, which was delivered to the venue. My experience with RubyBlue was exceptional and I can highly recommend Daniel and the team at RubyBlue. On a road trip to Melbourne we stopped for lunch. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich my husband ordered a salad sandwich both we're delicious. The wholemeal bread was large with real chicken breast, salad was very fresh. My coffee was weak as soon I mentioned it to the staff they rectified and was perfect. Ruby Blue Cafe provided the food for the Gliding Clubs Awards Night. Amazing - the salads were beautifully presented, the Lasagna, Cottage Pie and Zucchini Slice were fabulous.
