Great to see a place use local ingredients! Beautiful location as well. Also hear good things about the coffee, so might return for a cup of joe. Customer service today was sadly lacking, and while the kids serving us were clearly very young, I hope they'll soon learn to greet people and smile. It makes a world of difference. I personally found pricing to be a bit overcomplicated for no clear reason (first place in the world I've ever visited that doesn't have a standard scoop size) and serving sizes weren't really generous (even when opting for a "big scoop" - but maybe I'm just a bit spoiled at my local?). Taste is personal, and while I found my gelato lacking in a clear flavour, my wife had better luck with her's. Despite leaving a 2-star rating, I'm aware running a business is hard - and there's clearly quite a bit of effort that went into this place. My honest review is just based on a single experience and clearly most people DO enjoy the Gelati clinic, so my experience today might have just been an exception to the rule.

this has gotta be the absolute most gorgeous gelato i have ever had in my entire life, oml idek where to start!! beautiful flavour where its not super sweet or has wayyy too much flavour, it has the perfect amount! i feel that some ppl domt understamd that, sometimes a subtle or gentle flavouring is the way to go. nor is it too thick, the consistency is just right!! i got a small double scoop of coconut and pistachio in a cone ehich paired very well, i absolutely adore the concept of the small double scoop as generally i want multiple flavours without wanting to consume 2 whole scoops of icecream. usually when it comes to even a single scoop anywhere else i start to feel very ill and nauseas after and during eating even struggling to finish, but this gelato omg, its next level amazing! it made me feel good even...

Ice creams & coffees good but service with attitude. Maybe a sunny Sunday afternoon by 3 it's too much to respond politely to being asked (twice) for the icecream to be pushed back on the cone that was almost sliding off after taking forever to work out how to use the payment system. I guess if I’d walked away & it had fallen I’d have been up for another $6 to replace? I’d suggest a genuine ‘hope you enjoy your icecream’ rather than the sarcastic one expressed loudly across the top of your waiting customers next time & perhaps a little more care at the placement on the cone in the 1st place especially if you know your payments take a while to process.
