Unfortunately had extremely slow service both to order and for food coming out. When ordering everything had to be manually added up without a calculator, I asked for just a pretzel and at the end I was told I would be charged for an entire meal ($26) for 1 pretzel. Ended up with a surprisingly tasty soy chai (bonus points) and fruit toast. Other meals live up to hype and are huge full meals my friends remarked Very hot inside the place and no table service, not even water.
