New renovations are 5/5, store smells great, clean and looks fresh.
Service is lacking, there was 4-5 staff members on shift, yet only one taking orders/making subs. Whilst the other staff are doing jobs that are a less priority. Customers need to be the first priority when it comes to customer service, especially food service.
Salad was fresh, chicken was nice, but the Italian herb and cheese bread was very chewy and stale.

Light for the Subway logo had been turned off as I was heading into Subway, perhaps to make customers believe they're shut when they're not.
Arriving in the store, every table was dirty with either crumbs, sauce and/or napkins. Floors dirty as well. The line where the subs are made was dirty, meatball sauce everywhere. Store had a bad odour, can't say what kind of odour but it was unpleasant to say the least.
Took around 5 minutes to be served, could see on the reflection on the bread cabinet that one of the staff members was around the corner on her mobile phone laughing. Whilst the other one was prepping sauce for another customers order.
The staff member who took my order was friendly and trying her best, but considering the other staff member was unsupportive and other customers came in too, it took 10 minutes for my order to be completed which is quite slow and my chicken at that time had gone cold. Also garlic aioli was unavailable which was disappointing.
The white bread was soft in the middle, but harder on the ends. Good amount of salad and ranch sauce. Chicken was quite small (footlong chicken classic), had about 2-3 inches of bread without any chicken. Overall wait time from start to finish was 15 minutes.
Please consider looking into this matter, as staff who don't wish to contribute to the store should not be working there, and is only going to have a negative impact on future business.
I'll be opting to visit your Renmark store in the future, as I have better results...
Read moreTerrible customer service, the boy took 25 minutes to make 3 subs and 2 meatball pots, then i asked if i could grab some forks for my young kids so they could start eating before their food went cold and i got a rude response saying yeah when you pay, so i requested he bring it up on the till so i could pay so my kids could get their fork to sit and start eating while he took a further 15 mins to make the remaining sub, then he only gave us only one fork so when my husband asked for the second he slams it on the counter with a rude attitude. Definitely does NOT want to be there serving customers and its about time he moves on to another job. From what i can see there are other reviews about this same man so about time management have a word with him! Not happy and won't be spending my money or time at the berri...

The staff are nothing but rude and definetly not interested in performing a job that there getting paid to do.there work station is nothing but an abomonation and looks like it hasnt been cleaned since they first opened.
