food is awesome which is why its such a shame most of the staff are arrogant and stuck up, i’ve worked in the food industry and understand that peak times are stressful but if you can’t handle that then you shouldn’t be working in hospitality. the young woman that served my partner and I behind the register for breakfast was lovely, although the young man who was flirting and giggling around every male customer that came into his eyesight was not. As soon as I came up to register to order I could tell he was not amused (maybe because i was a female and he couldn’t flirt with me?) he was short, rude and spoke to me in a manner I didn’t witness him speaking to any male in. As I stated previously, food was great, we even came back for lunch after we had breakfast there. Just a shame there is a bunch of wannabe hipsters behind...

Great coffee. Long black was full of flavour and the almond cap was on point. Very Melbourne-esque. The boys know what they’re doing - I couldn’t have made it better myself.

Stacked breakfast burger hits the spot. Fresh and hot crispy bacon & hash-brown, fresh bun and not greasy at all.

Run by a few friendly young locals, all having fun and enjoying it. Its a good vibe to bring to the area. Anyone who’s got an issue with “attitude” needs to crack a smile and have a laugh, the staff are plenty polite whilst also busy making sure food & coffee...

The coffee scene in Pacific Palms has come a long way in the last 30 years and cafes like Drift have been a big part of this.
