Young bloke running was out front with his feet up talking about his weekend with a mate. He saw me walk to the counter and got up, walked around the back like he was going to serve but then hid around back while continuing the call (not work related). Waited 5 minutes at the counter. No acknowledgement, no "give me a minute" or "I'm on break can you come back in 10". I started to walk away and he walked back past me and sat down again. Can't comment on the food/coffee... Never...
