We stopped over at Bordertown We want to get something to eat for dinner somebody at the local supermarket suggested country Fried chicken we were really disappointed we ordered three chicken chips and a drink. We asked for the chickens have no bones they said an extra dollar and we said that’s fine. We also ordered a. kebab. When we got back to our Hotel room my children open the box and all the chicken pieces had bones where we paid for no bones so disappointing The chicken was extremely dry. We couldn’t even eat it Kebab my husband ordered Was in edible it tasted really bad. It was so disappointing as we were told the food was lovely there. We will definitely never come there again. Overpriced everything, pity there's no other fish and chip shop in Bordertown because this place is terrible. Even the chips tasted like cardboard and weren't seasoned even though I asked for chicken salt, not that it could have saved them. Possibly the Indian guy taking the order didn't understand 🤷‍♂️
