Let me start by saying the Chinese/Thai inspired food is excellent and worth visiting on its own merit. My 3 star is solely based on the service we had that night. I will acknowledge covid impacting staff availability and being a busy Sat night. HOWEVER, these are the service issues that detract from the food. Upon entry talking to front desk worker to identify our booking and table, she stopped mid sentence to answer phone leaving us hanging. Target store purchased tracksuit & runner wearing male wearing glasses (assume manager or owner) then interveened simply pointed to our table far side of room snapping "table 3" and simply waving us over to it was not a good start. Sat at our table for 30 min at not once approached by staff for drinks or to order. Ended up going to the bar ourselves to buy drinks. Nearby table having similar issue and had to tell young waiter that we had not had our order taken at 40 min mark.. Recommendation: Despite the shortcomings in atmosphere, I would still recommend this place solely for the quality of the food. If you're in the mood for a quick and tasty meal, this is worth a try.

The actual food wasn't too bad. We came with a large group (20-25), about 5 of us ordered the entree of pork buns which came out and they were empty inside so they all went back to the kitchen. They took quite a while to come back out and it was 1 slice of pork with a bit of sauce in the middle of the bun which wasn't great and they were cold. The soups came out before anyone else got their meals so we had finished before everyone had started. The rice also took ages to come out with meals. The deep fried ice cream was disgusting. Usually it's in a batter and fried. This was a hard frozen ball of ice cream rolled in coconut and flame torched on the outside then put back in the fridge. The inside was so hard you bent the spoon trying to eat it. It wasn't even warm on the outside so definitely wasn't made to order. One guy said the sizzling steak with oyster sauce was terrible. Really lacked any flavour. Really disappointed. I get they were busy and all but still. On a brighter note the kids meals were ok and they seemed to like it and the main meals were pretty good.
