Do yourself a favour and throw the food in the bin, you will get more flavour eating the cardboard boxes they pack this embarrassing excuse for food in. Chicken Is shrivelled, dry and flavourless. Ordered chicken thighs and tenders with “seasoning” and there’s was literally none. They also only gave us on of the two drinks we ordered. I’m sure whoever invested in opening this place would be disgusted to see the quality of the food That is being dealt out. I thought I’d try this instead of ordering kfc and would get something more thoughtful and less “fast food ish”. The state of Alabama should literally sue this restaurant for misrepresenting them. DO NOT BOTHER. I guarantee this place will not exist pretty soon if they keep serving up this terrible quality of food. Shame on you guys. This is not fit for human consumption and even my cat would t eat...

This food was absolutely awful! Came to visit from Victoria and thought to try out the urban cuisine out this way. Disappointed is the least I can say. Cardboard lay at the bottom of all the chip meals to deceive us, the high heap of food being an illusion as the bent cardboard elevates the food. Chicken needed to have a double take as the pink of it looked close to raw, an already alarming start that was followed by off cooked bacon that lay on top of the loaded fries.

Overall, never again. I was so excited to try as well but have learnt my lesson to never go out of my food...

This is the worst chicken I’ve ever ordered from any take away fast food first the didn’t send me my popcorn chicken and then the pathetic excuse of a burger which had 2 small tiny bits chicken and yo be honest I took a bite and spat it out and looked at the chicken and it was a dark colour absolutely disgusting especially they charge so much $16 for a burger which was disgustling revolting take your money else where this is absolute joke...
