I give this place 1 star for unacceptably low standard of hygiene. At the end of the day at close of business, this store starts packing up their bread and leftovers into bags and racks that is then given away to the needy. The staff are touching the bread and leftovers with their bare hands, not wearing gloves, and the other staff collecting the food are also not wearing gloves and are also touching the food with their filthy hands. Even if this food goes to help the homeless, it’s still unacceptable to handle food with your bare hands, and I’m sure homeless people don’t appreciate their food being handled by dirty hands either.
