a bit disappointing, I ordered the chicken sandwich, trusting the photo they have on their website, it shows a good amount of chicken, but when I got mine I had to open it to find the chicken, they put in the thinnest layer, and I cannot even taste the chicken, only the lettuce and tomato. very disappointed ā˜¹ļø I added, for reference, the photo they have on their website, and the photo of my sandwich.. you cannot even tell there's any chicken there so sad because I heard good things about this place and I was excited to try it service was great tho.

Definitely the best deli sandwich in Brisbane by far. The quality of the ingredients is clear from the meat to the sauce to the pickled veggies, nothing to fault whatsoever. The service is so friendly, as I donā€™t eat red meat I asked for the rueben with chicken instead of red meat and they were happy to accommodate this. My order was probably the best toasted sandwich Iā€™ve had, I enjoyed every single bite. The atmosphere is so nice too, the colours pop and the decor is so cute. Cannot wait to return here in future Brisbane visits.

I drove from south Brisbane to try this sandwich with high hopes! I ordered the cubano. The bread was nice and crispy which you would expect with a toasted sandwich. There were 2 types of meat, some cheese sauce and pickles. The sandwich was disappointing, the sauce was a type of mustard with coriander through it .To be honest it was an average sandwich and I expected more from for $18. I expected atleast something that was huge and filling enough where I wouldnā€™t be hungry after. Wouldnā€™t return

5 stars if I can get through on the phone and ask for my sandwich to be toasted without oil. Zero stars for today when I couldnā€™t get through on the phone after ordering delivery. The bread part of the toasted sandwich was so soaked through with oil that it was dripping and inedible. I tried, but I ended up just eating the filling and throwing away the oil-soaked bread part of the sandwich. I know you have other customers that ask for no oil or less oil on their toasted sandwiches because youā€™ve told me so. Maybe go a bit easier on the oil just generally? Or at least add an option to your ordering apps to remove or reduce oil when toasting. Damn guys, this was...

The instagram posts make this look like a real foodie experience, and realistically -we got a nice toasted sandwich that we ate in our car. I got the weekend special(prawn,chorizzo and chicken) and my partner got the pastrami which were both quite tasty but, the staff were impersonable when ordering and we were 2 or 4 people waiting, and we waited 25min for 2 toasted sandwiches. The dry service and long wait was just odd. paying $22 and $17 for 2 toasted Sambos prob won't make the drive again. Nice food, not worth the time and hype. Give it a go if ur in the area...
