I'd leave them 10 stars if I could. They arrived on time (actually 5min earlier, which I loved). Rob and his whole team were just so lovely. They asked thorough questions to find out what I wanted to do. They listened carefully and made relevant recommendations. Together, we agreed on a plan of what they would do to tidy my trees and remove a palm tree. I have dogs and they were so kind and patient with them too. They barely made any noise, which was quite surprising. During their work, they communicated whenever needed. For example, there was a branch that I originally didn't want removed but was a little rot inside (which you can't see until you are high up) and so they explained to me my options and I was able to make an informed decision about it. We chose to remove it. Also, there was difficult access for the removal of the palm tree and they really went above and beyond to remove it without causing any damage. They worked through scorching heat at a remarkable fast pace. After a couple of hours, they were done and cleaned everything before they left. I highly recommend Rob and his crew from Bardon Trees. Rob is an experienced arborist and genuinely cares about the health of the trees he works on. They did a brilliant job safely pruning our very large fig tree overhanging two houses; advising how to save and pruning our large, split macadamia tree; and also pruning several large Chinese Elm branches from over our neighbour’s glass pool fence. All trees were pruned in a way that left them looking well-shaped and great. He also kindly tidied up our golden palms and leopard tree.
