McDonald's® Nudgee Service Centre — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Considering this is probably one of the busiest Mcdonalds on the highway I'm extremely disappointed with the restaurant. I've gone there at many various times of the day and night and unfortunately the poorly made food, incorrect orders, Kaos at the counter when orders are getting called out to just how the staff don't seem to give a crap about anything really other then pumping the orders out even if they are wrong. For example, I waited quite a long time one day for my Angus classic meal which I somehow had been missed, once I asked where it was i quicky got given my meal, once getting to the car I opened the burger box to find that my classic angus burger wasnt a angus burger at all.... IT had a cheeseburger pattie, little bit of lettuce cheese and mayo.. It was missing everything else that the burger should have come with. And this isn't the first time an order has been mucked up. There's other times I've been there and I'm told they can't sell me anything because of something I'm not sure what the staff member mumbled. this restaurant needs a major overhaul of how they do things to maybe the staffs' attitude, Maybe cause it's so busy they get caught up in the moment of pumping orders out so fast but still good customer service with orders made correctly is what customers would...

If u want a icy cold traditional thick shake Hungry Jacks, us tge place Bought a $6 Large Thick shake at Nudgee McDonald’s and once I picked it up immediately felt it seemed to be warmer then normal just by holding it. after getting in the car n tasting it it was barely cold. I did drive off but thought No I deserve to get what I paid for so returned back in. I nicely n quietly approached the manager n explained I thought it was warm n not cold enough n she felt it n thru that one in the bin n gave me another. I said it felt the same n she explained it was 2* as the machine said so n she said there was nothing else she could do. I tasted it while walking away n it was not cold enough also so chucked it in the bin. Which made me think. Trading as it Thickshakes are thickened by adding lots of Icecream n since icecream came from the freezer makes the thick shake also colder. The milkshake j purchased at Maccas Nudgee was light in weight n not cold. So only trichened with an additive n air not icecream. I recently drove tgru the interchange at glasshouse Mtns n on going thru maccas drive thru there’re shake machine was not working so bought one at Hungry Jacks. WoW best milkshake ICY COLD n lots of ice icream. NOW THAT WAS AN ICY THICK MILK...

Ordered a double cheese no onions or pickles, and grilled onions at 12:35 And my partner ordered a double cheese add bacon. Now mind you we were the only people there ordering. And NEITHER of our burgers were made correctly. If we are paying $1 for bacon kind of expect it to be on the burger?? As for me, still had the pickles and only 3 pieces of grilled onions. Not saying the whole store is bad. But make sure your back area staff are making the specials correct next time 😡 But the French fries were amazing and fresh

EDIT: So I wrote this after we ate our burgers and fries and saved the nuggets till last. I dont really appreciate biting down on a stale gross chicken nugget. There is no way that your back area crew person would of not been able to tell these chicken nuggets are hours past there timers. I have never tasted worse nuggets then I have tonight(red rooster nuggets might actually of been better then those), I couldn't even get through the box of 6. Half wasted because I, or anyone else in the car with me(2 adults, 1 child) couldn't bare to eat anymore then 1 nugget. Please talk to your crew person that was on. Because this...
