McDonald's — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Came here tonight ordered two meals, a crispy Caesar wrap on its own with no lettuce a large coffee frappe and a McFlurry (I don’t order a meal anymore just a burger or wrap and a drink because nearly all the time the chips are horrible either hard, taste of straight oil or just plain greasy) anyways we waited half an hour for our order. They made our food then completely forgot about the drinks and ice cream until we told them. When we arrived home I opened my wrap to a completely different wrap to what I ordered covered in lettuce and absolutely over drenched in sauce that the tortilla was soggy. There standards have dropped dramatically over the years Ive had problems with this maccas on many occasions but this is the only other one I remember from about a year ago. I ordered a large coffee frappe when I received it the cup had a crack down the side of it which they tried covering it with a little sticky receipt. I didn’t notice until it started leaking everywhere. I’ve just read some of the other one star reviews from the past month and apparently there standards are at an all time low we have learned to check the orders before we leave from past experiences of fast food restaurants forgetting part of our order but now I’m at the point of checking each item on the order to see if there even correct because this has happened more than once this is just the first time I’m complaining. If you want an unforgettable night of chewing on drywall that’s been left out in the sun for a week between 2 stale cold pieces which I assume is supposed to be bread that looks like it’s been slapped together by someone with severe Parkinson’s and chips with the same toughness of pork crackling that’s cold and tastes like chip you picked up from your car floor thinking it’s the one you just dropped but really it’s a chip from your kids happy meal you got them a month ago then an unforgettable morning of feeling nausea and running to the toilet then this maccas is for you. I can only imagine the staff are on 10 cents an hour as they could care less and have the food standards of a 3rd world underdeveloped country. Of course you can bring your troubled order to the attention of the what they’re trying to pass off as managers but they care even less than the ones making your food making you feel like your existence is a heavy burden on them. I would see less eye rolling watching kim kardashian in a relationship with Forrest Gump. I’ve had better service getting arrested and better food from a questionable street...

Another dodgy maccas! Today went thru the drive thru not busy at all ordered my which was 3 lrg meals 2 with coke and 1 with frz sprite thinking all good. Went around to the window to pay and was told this whoop te do order with a $50 price tag and had to state the order again then paid. Then went to next window to collect food and got given a pop top, water, and a soft drink and said this is the wrong order and gave it back. Then I got told to wait around the front... 10 minutes later the food only came and gave it to me and I said where are the drinks, the fat pimple ridden 13 yr old said you already have them and started to walk off then had to get firm with the brat and say I don't have drinks I finally got them 2 minutes later and guess what I got given normal sprite not frz sprite and said this is suppose to be frozen and the brat said the frz sprite isn't working. Then drove off out of sheer frustrating service not wanting to get my money back paying for the frozen drink which I didn't get... Very very bad service if you want quick food I recommend 2 minute noodles over that hole...
