Stellarossa Arana Hills — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

Arana Hills Stellarossa is far better than another Stellarossa we have eaten at. We nearly didn't eat here. I am so glad i gave them a chance. I had the Sirachi fried chicken burger which was incredible. The best burger/ meal i have had for a very long time at a cafe. It had so much flavour and avocado rather than a scrapping of avocado. The bun was the most enjoyable i have had. The chips were crisp as i like them. My wife had the savoury mince baffle which she enjoyed. For tea drinkers, there is loose leaf tea in a pot for $4, which is incredible value. Service was very good as staff tried to accommodate my coffee preferences which are different to the menu. When i found out they used loose leaf tea in a pot, i asked for extra strong and that is what i got without extra charge. Do yourself a favour if you live in the Hills district and have a meal at Arana Hills Stellarossa. My daughter’s preschool were the winners of a competition run by Arana Plaza, with the prize being 30 coupons for a small drink, from Stellarossa. Our intention was to use the coupons this week, to pick up enough hot chocolates for a nice morning for the kids and teachers. Unfortunately the whereabouts of the coupons remains unknown, so after speaking to the store manager Jo, to ask if these coupons could be honoured without sighting them, She was more than happy to help us. Jo headed to the store herself to make 26 individual hot chocolates for the kids to be ready within the space of an hour. This is absolutely terrific service provided by the staff at Stellarossa Arana, and I will be sharing this with any one who will listen. If I could give zero stars I would. Food was appalling, I could make better food at home, think it’s about time they got a new chef. The toasted sandwiches were disgusting literally stuck the bread in the toaster.. put the cheese and ham on after and slapped it together. Also ordered the savoury mince jaffle.. not sure what there idea of savoury mince is but it tasted like spaghetti Bolognese in a sandwich. Also ordered chicken nuggets ans chips don’t think the chips or nuggets could be any browner, think you need to change your oil.
