Staff member did not know how to issue a tax invoice. Different staff member had RBF when dropping off dishes. Amount of bean sprouts given per two people was the amount I'd normally get for one. Basil and sprouts were varyingly wilted, some good, some not. Pictured bowl was the $22 one, which I would not pay that amount normally (we attended during the 50% period). Really odd cuts for tendon and brisket, one table member absolutely did not enjoy it at all and did not finish it. When I say odd, I mean it's ragged cuts with other tissue attached. Rare beef and meatball (two slices, not whole balls or even hemispheres) tasted good. Broth tasted fine. Noodles were fine. Vegan bowls were enjoyed by the members, though one found the serving size lacking. Vietnamese coffee was adequate, though you may find it lacking caffeine. Vegans will likely stop by here and enjoy it, but omnivores will prefer to go elsewhere. Edit to reply to the owner comments: I asked for a tax invoice, no option for digital receipt was offered - your staff member literally had no clue how to provide one. Viet coffee is about the only coffee I get when I'm out, so I probably have one a month if not less frequently - it did not effect me anywhere near as much as others I've had. If I'd received a tax invoice, I'd be able to show just which bowl I'd ordered. Either way, I asked for the premium bowl, the one pictured is what I got - so either I was served and charged for something I didn't get, or you're mistaken that all your orders of the $22 bowl have been for a paired meal. The "complaint" from the vegan wasn't that it was smaller than the meat dish, just that the individual felt it did not satisfy them. Please don't misrepresent what I said, it's not particularly honest. Edit2: dug up the order tag and you can see what was put through the terminal, so you can take your implied "you probably didn't even order that dish" and shove it.

Average at best Was greeted buy the friendly staff, very good service and even had our water poured for us (hard to find this at any asian restaurant). Pho was average, stock was lacking flavour. The rice noodles and meats was good though. Grilled pork chop in the vermicilli salad was way too salty. I go to Robertson Village most days of the week so decided to give it a go. But at $15 a meal not really worth it.

For a restaurant which doesn't use the secret weapon of MSG it does well to recreate a flavour authentic to home food. It's healthy with vegan options. Baby friendly. Nice decor and quite cozy this place isn't bad. Pork chop rice is pretty good.

I will definitely recommended this place. The environment is clean and tidy. The decoration gives a comfortable and homestyle touch. Not only the customer service was awesome but the food was also delicious. The chef is most proud of their broth which is prepared from natural ingredients and herbs with ZERO MSG added to it. The broth is so fragrant but it may not give you the strong flavour that you had from other Vietnamese restaurants but for my own liking, it was just enough. If you are a person who likes your soup super rich in flavours, the extra herbs and other condiments they provide will set you straight....
