Retroespresso — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Unfortunately, I have been there a few times as it is convenient. I really tried to be nice to the lady, but she was always kind of rude, so I decided to take my decaf coffee somewhere else. Today, I had to go there and ask for a DECAF.

I don't usually leave reviews, but what kind of barista serves you a triple or even more-shot real coffee when you ask for a decaf? The coffee was so hot that by the time I realized it was too strong or just wasn't decaf, I didn't finish it. Still, here I am at 12:23AM, unable to sleep. If you ask for a decaf, there is a reason! Was going to order a coffee but the baristas attitude was awful, I seemed to be an inconvenience as she had been trying to close for ten minutes this was at 11:30 when google close time said 12pm, she had no closed sign up and didn't state to me when I lined up that she wasn't taking any more orders. A simple sorry I'm not taking anymore orders would of been fine. We all have bad days but geez the face that was pulled. I walked away...

I don't like posting reviews on companies unless its valid, the coffee is absolutely wonderful - however the customer service aspect is really poor and not very friendly and often touch and go. I think if the customer service was taken seriously, it would make this place great! It would also be beneficial to update your signs if a service is no longer offered that you have up...
