Subway — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Long time customer, first time reviewer. I like to consider myself somewhat of a subway connoisseur, average about 30 inches a week ordering from various subways around the greater Brisbane area. Honorary member of the two sub club (24 inches + 3 cookies in one sitting). I like to start by saying this is by far the best subway I’ve ever been too. Everytime I drive past, I have to pull in for a pre golf feed. Service is express, store is always pristine, plenty of attendants to attend to your needs. The young pup on a Sunday with the fob cut has to be employee of the month, the definition of a sandwhich artist. The modern day Van Gogh. His nickname should be Postman cause he always delivers. To people looking for a quick and easy feed, look no further. Look forward to devouring more succulent subs from this place...

Order through the app, I usually go to Wynnum plaza but I thought I’ll try this subway on my way home. Got there 5 minutes early (11:03am )than the pick up time so I approached the woman in there to let her know I was there to pick up my order she couldn’t hear me so she got angry and then she said well I’m not ready ! you have to wait and pointed at the chairs I said it’s okay thank you. Then she started to make my food with an attitude and angry face. I work in the food industry as well so this is not how customers service should work, she need more training in how to approach customers. We come and pay not only for food but for the customer service we receive. I’m not coming back there and my family...

Never had a problem ordering here with younger workers but the one “mature” older adult I had to deal with was very rude. Arguing with me about what sub I ordered and what extras I asked for. Instead of apologising for the poor communication I’m being argued with and told I am wrong about what I chose to order and I still had to pay the difference for HER mistake. The customer is never always right but I’ve worked in food services myself for years and have never been so rude to a customer like this lady. Someone needs to learn customer...
