Came here today for yum cha. We were seated then ignored for 25 mins. My wife and i tried repeatedly to get restuarant staff to take our order but were ignored over and over. After watching newly seated guests all around us seated and their orders taken, i decided to ring the restaurant to place our order. After alot of fained confusion, we actually had someone acknowledge our existence (although this waitress on the other of the line took a long while accept thr fact we were in the restaurant already....our order was finally taken. Food was average at best. Pricing was excessive. We asked for water and a got 1 glass of though there was two of us... no jug no second glass , just one small glass of water. Meals arrived nothing to write about at all. Paying the bill... funny enough we were attended to in a flash. The food was $78.00 and the 250ml coke for my wife $7.00. Best thing about this place was the leaving part. Super Six should consider a name change to Mediocre One. One star...
Read moreDespite being in Brisbane, Super Six Seafood Restaurant throws off strong Western Sydney vibes. Initially, my expectations were low, as past Yumcha experiences in Brisbane were lackluster. However, Super Six blew those preconceptions out of the water. My first visit, a Yumcha adventure, was a delightful revelation. Each dish popped with flavours that left a lasting impression, instantly elevating Super Six to become my go-to spot for satisfying Yumcha cravings in Brisbane. The second venture, to celebrate a friend's birthday recently, took us beyond the Yumcha menu. They said the Yumcha menu was not good (but obviously, I disagree). This exploration of the standard menu items proved equally enjoyable, the dishes brimming with flavours and pleasant surprises. In summary, I look forward to my next adventure at this eatery. I’m getting hungry already.

It’s not a massive venue by any means but a welcomed alternative to the usual over-hyped regulars of Sunnybank. Tiled floors, great chilly air con blasting away and “order-and-they’ll-bring-it-out” system, we were pretty happy with everything 👍🏻 . Food-wise, the menu isn’t super exhaustive/expansive but it has the regular items you’d expect. Taste-wise it’s not like it’s over the moon super fantastic but neither are the other yumcha’s around town. What it is though, is a solid alternative offering, with decent food at a commons-market price and loads of parking on site and on street 😊 . Pretty sure we’ll be regulars in no time and will have to try out their dinner offering at some...
